Mark has led organizations supporting MDA, NASA, and the US Army, supporting programs including the US Missile Defense System (MDS), the Space Shuttle Program, and the US Air Force Eastern Test Range. Pat Matthews
Pat Matthews has over 35 years of experience in both government and industry, serving the United States military, state and local government, and commercial sectors. As Yulista's Program Integrator and DSoft's Program Manager, he leads teams supporting federal agencies and non-DoD government customers at various levels. Prior to joining DSoft Technology in 2018, Pat managed application development for several Colorado state agencies, optimizing IT resources to improve service delivery. A West Point graduate and service-disabled veteran, Pat also has extensive military experience, including combat service and leadership in multiple defense projects, and holds certifications in project management, systems engineering, ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma.
