Operational Satellite Constellation Availability and Reliability Simulation (OSCARS)
OSCARS is a satellite constellation management and analysis tool. OSCARS simulates and evaluates satellite subcomponent life, launch schedules, constellation health, and satellite planes. It uses a Monte Carlo approach to model and forecast satellite and subcomponent failure dates using reliability functions and helps create launch replenishment schedules.
